LAST TUESDAY.

I love doing all these dramatic capital letter posts for my last week.

And on a seperate note, today was an overall dumb work day.
First - because I had basically no place to sit. I got there last today and there weren't any empty or extra computers anywhere else in the office that weren't being used or that I was able to use.
Soooo.. that was stupid.

There were really only three things I did today: delivered that glass sample AGAIN to the same company in exchange for a box samples to bring back to our office, worked on compiling and reorganizing and architectural standards book from the Jakarta project, and helping Rose order a few fabrics. Luckily creating this Architectural Standards book took a couple hours.

Longest. Day. Of. My. Life. And the whole time Laura and Alya were completely busy and swamped doing photoshop again but I couldn't really help out because I had no where to do it. SO LAME. I hate feeling useless and unfortunately today there were times when I did.

Tonight we went out to see two museums. It took a while to find the New Museum of Contemporary Art because it's in lower manhattan and we kept going the wrong direction after looking at the map. It was a really neat museum - but it wasn't lit up like it was supposed to be and since it was dark out we couldn't really see it. Lamers. I was so excited to see this building stacked up...

Here's a pictue of what I was hoping to see..but it was too dark and they didn't have it lit up at all.

At least I know my way around that side of town a bit more now! And I hadn't ever wandered around that side of town before - so check that area off my list! Ha. :)
And then we took the subway all the way up to 86th street to see the Guggenheim. I was hoping it'd be lit up as well at night, but it wasn't. What was with all these unlit buildings tonight? Oh well, the guggenheim is still a super neat building to see anyway.

When we got back to the apartment - lauren and rachel worked on packing up since they're leaving tomorrow morning bright and early.

3 more days of work!
